Comments : L'accueil de la réception est plutôt froid et sans chaleur. On se demande si on ne dérange pas en venant !! Les deux écran géants de télé placés sans le son dans le restaurant n'offre aucun interêt. C'est dommage car la déco du resto est sympa.

Comments : c'est un des seuls hotel de la zone à ne pas avoir de parking cloturé. si je m'en étais rendue avant la réservation, je ne l'aurais pas choisi

Comments : L'aspirateur sous le lit n'avait pas été passé! Nous avons retrouvé une notice de boîte de condoms et des papiers de bonbons!!! Pas très inspirants!

Comments : Location : = This Hotel was much, much further out of Bordeaux than we realised, and because we walk everywhere, we found this tiresome. It is situated away out near a Lake, and the area is probably frantic in the height of the season - in Sept it was very quiet. To travel into Bordeaux we had to take a Bus, then a train to get into the centre. At the time we travelled both ticket boxes at Gare St Jean were broken and this added more frustration to the trips. This added more time to our travels than required. We found this Hotel clean, and pleasant, but the room was quite small and it was all rather tired. We were greated cordially, and given only the obligatory help with directions etc. We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on this. However, on the questionnaire, I clicked onto it by mistake and then could not delete off, (sorry !)
